Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

Card Quest is played through Facebook Instant Games. You can request deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains the two ways to do that and what to expect after submitting a request.

2. Option A โ€” Remove the App from Facebook (Recommended)

This is the fastest method and triggers an automatic deletion request directly from Facebook to our servers. No email or waiting required.

  1. Open Facebook (web, mobile app, or Messenger).
  2. Go to Settings & PrivacySettings.
  3. Select Apps and Websites from the left-hand menu (web) or under Account Settings (mobile).
  4. Find Card Quest in the list of active apps and tap Remove.
  5. Confirm the removal. Facebook will notify our servers automatically.
Once Facebook notifies our servers, your account will be anonymised within minutes. You will receive a confirmation code that you can use to track the request status if needed.

3. Option B โ€” Email Request

If you cannot use the Facebook method above, or you have already removed the app and want to confirm deletion, you can email us directly.

Send an email to support.cardquest@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Removal Request” and include:
